Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority in Sudan inspected the building of the Air Navigation Center at Khartoum International Airport, as part of the ongoing preparations for the return of operations to the capital, Khartoum.
The visit aimed at reviewing the intensive maintenance work and the ongoing equipment in full swing to rehabilitate and operate the center.
The Director General inspected various works and reviewed the progress of work in the maintenance of systems and equipment, which aims to ensure the center’s readiness to resume his duties with high efficiency, and discussed with engineering, technical and administrative teams the latest developments and challenges related to rehabilitation operations.
The Director General expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to all the teams operating in the Air Navigation Center, appreciating their tremendous efforts and dedication to restart the center and prepared it to receive workers within the comprehensive return arrangements to Khartoum after our armed forces expelled the rebel militia and stabilized security conditions.
The Director General stressed that these efforts reflect the commitment of power to rebuild and develop the aviation sector and ensure the safety and efficiency of civil aviation in Sudan.
The management of Sudan Airports Company Ltd. issued a decision to end the open holidays for the employees of some departments, provided that the employees of the Khartoum Airport and Engineering Airport administrations work within a month of issuing the decision.
