New conditions for “children and women” regarding the procedures for family visit visas to Saudi Arabia from Port Sudan

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- Agencies in Port Sudan revealed new updates related to the procedures for family visit visas to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from the Saudi embassy, ​​especially in the categories of minors and women.

She said that these challenges come within the framework of the arrangements for regulating travel operations and ensuring compliance with the controls approved by the Saudi embassies in Port Sudan, based on the directives of the competent Saudi authorities and passports.

Updates for children and women

She pointed out that, according to the updates, the children under the age of 18 were exempted from submitting a non -reluctant speech in the event that the invitee was one of the direct incest from the father’s side, such as the father, brother or uncle. But if the person is on the mother’s side, such as the mother, the uncle, or the grandmother, it is required that a letter of non -reluctance to be submitted from the guardian, provided that it is documented by the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as this procedure is mandatory to complete the transaction within the embassy.

Updates are required to submit a noticeable discourse letter for women

For women of all ages, updates included multiple categories, including the mother, wife, sister, daughter, aunt, aunt, grandmother, and daughters of brothers and sisters. It is required to submit a noticeable discourse letter in the event that the preacher is not direct, such as the father, brother, husband, or son, as the procedures are not completed at the embassy without this document.

The Saudi embassy also issued an important notice stating that no requests that were paid via “virtual yozer” are accepted, stressing that the requests are accepted only if they are submitted through approved external use offices, in order to ensure the safety of procedures and avoid irregular transactions.

These updates come in light of the Kingdom’s efforts to organize entry movement through family visit visas, and to enhance legal controls related to family relations, in a manner that guarantees the protection of minors and women, and contributes to facilitating procedures for those who are entitled according to the approved standards.
