Watch/ “Sudanir” implement her promise to the Sudanese in Amman

Follow-up- Al-Fateh Muhammad- Sudanese Airlines, “Sudanir”, carried out its promise to the Sudanese in the Sultanate of Oman, to run a flight to the Port Sudan International Airport, in a evacuation of hundreds of Sudanese stuck in Muscat and other cities.

Sudanese trip arrived at the airport and the returnees were received by the Chairman of the Sudanese Board of Directors, Dr. Gabriel Ibrahim, and the returnees praised the National carrier initiative and his keenness to make the voluntary return program a success, according to our country’s flight.

Sudanese had responded to a call addressed by the popular return initiative of the Sudanese in the Sultanate of Oman, by conducting a trip to transfer the Sudanese to return in consideration of their status and leave them to their homeland, comforting honored.

The company said that this is a belief in the national role and the message that requires it as a national carrier of the Sudanese state and a quick response to the call of the initiative stemming from their national jealousy towards the Sudanese who live in what is equal that requires everyone the solid and serious stand in removing all obstacles and providing all facilities to return to their motherland.

Hundreds of Sudanese residing in the Sultanate of Oman are living in a worsening humanitarian crisis after their residency and visas ended, amid economic challenges that prevent their ability to return to Sudan.

Recently, the Sudanese authorities in Amman gave a deadline to reconcile the situation until the end of this July, but the high cost of return remains a major obstacle for many who are eager to return to their homeland.

This crisis comes as part of a broader scene that reflects the suffering of the Sudanese in a number of other countries such as Libya, Ethiopia, and Uganda, where security and economic challenges intersect and exacerbate the suffering of the displaced.

In light of these developments, the Sudanese government faces a real test on how to manage this sensitive file, especially since the need has become urgent to activate the voluntary return initiatives, which requires strategic planning and coordination at various levels between the state, the private sector, and the relevant organizations.
