What happened between the proof and a Haftar in Cairo was not expected … exciting details

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The British “Middle East Eye” website reported that the Sudanese Sovereign Council, the first Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, accused Khalifa Haftar, the leader of the Libyan National Army, of not honesty during a triple meeting held in Cairo that was not fine and Sisi was not satisfied.

The site indicated that Egypt hosted this week direct talks between the Sudanese army commander Abdel Fattah al -Burhan and Haftar, in an attempt to mediate between them, the Egyptian government published separate pictures of President Sisi while he was meeting first with the Libyan delegation and then the Sudanese delegation in the same room, which confirms the sensitivity of the talks.

He noted that the proof and Haftar, accompanied by their delegations, held a face talks to face, as part of Sisi’s efforts to manage the tense relations between important partners.

And that Egypt supports both the proof, which is fighting a fierce war against the paramilitary rapid support forces, and Haftar, which controls eastern Libya.

He added, “The meeting between Haftar and the proof were not well pleased, as the proof was accused of Haftar of smuggling weapons to the Rapid Support Forces, and that Haftar, who was accompanied by one of his sons, denied these accusations, and the proof assured him that he was not sincere, and that the Sudanese had evidence of his involvement.”

According to the site, the meeting ended between the proof and the Haftar badly, and that Sisi was not satisfied with the conversation.

He added, “Sisi is concerned that the Sudan war may extension to Egypt, and trade in the turbulent border triangle region was disrupted and he was hoping to mediate a peace agreement between proof and Haftar.”

The Rapid Support Forces took control of the Srahi air base in the Kfara area in southern Libya. This base is essential to supply the paramilitary forces in Sudan with weapons, and to export gold outside the country from the Darfur mines, which are owned and controlled by the Diglo family.

Egyptian officials, Saddam, the youngest son of Haftar, held the responsibility of the raid on the triangle area, and that the problem lies in the relationship between Saddam Haftar and the Rapid Support Forces, especially since his father loses his authority with his age, and this authority is now divided between his three sons, and that Egypt controls the relationship with Siddiq Haftar but not on his other sons, Saddam and Khaled, who deliver Islamic groups that work with the rapid support forces on the border.
