Al -Mirghani proposes to resort to “constitutional” to resolve the differences in the formation of the government

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- Jaafar Al-Sadiq Muhammad Othman Al-Mirghani, Deputy Chairman of the Federal Democratic Party, confirmed his support for the government of Dr. Kamel Idris, the expected, and that the Sudanese genius is able to overcome the initial obstacles, regarding the formation of the government.

Al -Mirghani suggested that the differences in it be subject to the uninfected constitutional court, and legal differences should not be resolved by ordinary settlement sessions, but the difference in the interpretation of constitutional documents must be subject to the ruling of the Constitutional Court.

Al -Mirghani said that the political scene must be preoccupied with organizing initiatives towards peace, restoring the political initiative, addressing street pain, and focusing on benefiting from the failures of the previous stage, by realizing the value of the rule of law, the importance of the national interest, rational balance, leaving racism, and combating extremism and terrorism.

Meanwhile, Al -Merghani congratulated Egypt, a government and a people, on the occasion of the glorious June 30 revolution, which removed the rule of the Muslim Brotherhood, and returned power to the great Egyptian people, who presented a historic epic, in its circumstances around the Egyptian armed forces.

Al -Mirghani said that Egypt succeeded in defeating and crushing terrorism, preventing extremism in state institutions, and presented a model worth studying, remembering and preaching.

He noted that this occasion is appropriate to benefit from the Egyptian model, especially since Egypt has become an oasis today that receives all its fans, and leads initiatives to extinguish fires in the region.
