Sudan reveals important developments on gold

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Director General of the “Sudanese Mineral Resources Company”, Mohamed Taher Omar, revealed that the next stage will witness executive steps to increase the quantities of extracted and exported gold, within the framework of a strategic plan aimed at maximizing state revenues and enhancing transparency in the mining sector.

This came when his inspection visit to the unified Sudanese window for gold exports, accompanied by the Director of the General Administration for Control on Sour and Gold Markets, Engineer Ayman Ali Hamid, and Director of the Control Department of Sadr, Habib Al -Obaid.

In turn, the Director General of the Unified Window for Export of Gold, d. Saif Al -Din Ayoub, that the export of gold is proceeding with a smooth flow.

He explained that work is underway to convert all procedures into an integrated electronic system by linking network with the partner authorities, in a manner that ensures the acceleration and facilitation of export operations.
