A surprising new price in cooking gas prices in this state

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Transport and Petroleum Department in Kassala State, eastern Sudan, suddenly announced a new price in cooking gas prices, as the price of one cylinder of the warehouse reached 52,000 Sudanese pounds.

She said that this step aims to control the distribution market and ensure that prices are compatible with operational costs and the reality of the local market.

The administration indicated that the new price was developed after a careful review of the economic variables, and the costs of transportation and storage, noting that the announced price represents the cost of the cylinder when it leaves the warehouse, provided that the transportation and distribution costs and the profit margin are added to determine the final price of the consumer.

The Transport and Petroleum Department emphasized that the decision comes within its efforts to reduce the violations of prices, especially with the spread of the black market, as the prices of cylinders in some regions reached more than 70 thousand pounds, as a result of poor control and weak official supplies
