The Egyptian Ministry of Interior reveals a severe blow to “Currency Traders”

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced the seizure of a number of different foreign currencies with a financial value of approximately 16 million pounds, and legal measures were taken.

She said that this was done with the efforts of the public security sector in conjunction with the General Administration of Combating Public Funds Crime and Security Directorates during the past 24 hours.

She emphasized the continuation of security strikes on the crimes of illegal trafficking in foreign exchange and speculation of currency prices by hiding them from trading and trafficking in it outside the banking market, and the negative repercussions that it leads to the country’s national economy.
