Statistical statistics for the number of pilgrims this year

The authority indicated in its statistical results for Hajj this year that the number of male pilgrims from the general total of the numbers of pilgrims inside and outside reached 877.8 thousand pilgrims, while the number of female needs from the general total of the numbers of pilgrims inside and outside reached 795,38 thousand needs.

Regarding the statistics of pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom, the commission clarified that the pilgrims’ arrival from outside the Kingdom, where 1,435 million pilgrims and need, reached through the air outlets, while 66.4 thousand pilgrims and a need arrived through the land ports, while through the sea ports reached 5,094 thousand pilgrims and need.

It is noteworthy that the General Authority for Statistics was approved in the issuance of statistical data and indicators for the Hajj season in 1446 AH / 2025AD on administrative records data from the Ministry of Interior as the main source of data, to provide highly accurate and reliability records for Hajj statistics according to a unified model that includes a number of elements, as an extension of the statistical approach that has been followed during the past five years.
