Kamel Idris informs Menawi reviewing the agreement

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- Prime Minister Kamel Idris said that he discussed with a delegation of the Sudan Liberation Movement led by Mona Arko Minawi, the governor of Darfur region, in a dialogue with the current national conditions and the challenges facing Sudan.

Idris indicated in a statement published on his Facebook page that he discussed the need to unify efforts and stand one row behind the armed forces to end the war and extend their control over the entire national territory, deal seriously with the issues of the displaced and refugees, and achieve the aspirations of our people in a fair and sustainable peace.

He stressed that achieving victory will only take place through the unity of the word, recognition of the suffering of citizens, and the full bias of their legitimate demands, as well as the importance of reviewing all the concerns of the Sudanese people, from previous agreements in the spirit of responsibility and openness, in a way that takes into account the changes and responds to the voice of the people, and balances the interest of the country and public interests.

To the spokesperson for the Sudan Liberation Army Movement, Al -Sadiq Ali Al -Nour, said in a post on the movement’s Facebook page that the meeting dealt with a number of national issues and how to join joint work.

The movement indicated that the meeting came as a continuation of previous meetings by a delegation of the movement headed by Minister Muhammad Bashir Abu Namo.

She pointed out that the Prime Minister is safe for all accumulated national issues, implementing the Juba Salam Agreement, and cooperation to end the war by winning the right over falsehood, paying attention to the issues of returning the displaced and refugees and managing the national diversity in a manner that gives every person with his right.
