The Ministry of Energy issues an announcement regarding the Port Sudan strategic warehouse after its bombing

Follow-up- Al-Zawiya Net- The Ministry of Energy and Oil announced that the Sudanese Petroleum Corporation wants to issue a tender for cleaning and inspecting tanks No. (3) and (1-4), at the Port Sudan strategic warehouse (A).

The warehouse was bombed by a strategic driver plane, which led to its complete burning and the burning of it for more than a week until the civil defense teams managed to extinguish the fire.

The Ministry of Energy has set the tender conditions in “the following certificates / documents must be submitted with tenders:

2.1. Certificate of establishment / registration company.

2.2. VAT registration certificate (VAT).

2.3. Zakat free certificate.

2.4. A valid tax certificate.

2.5. The company’s tax identification number.

2.6. Tax seal.

2.7. 2% of the total amount of the bid must be paid in a credit check or in a valid accreditation letter from an acceptable bank to the owner, as primary insurance (tender bond). This must be completed by up to 10% for the winning offer and returns to others.

2.8. Evidence of financial ability.

2.9. Company file – a list of previous (related) experiences.

2.10. The cost in the tender is final and exclusive of all fees, taxes and Sudanese pound.

2.11. The offer must be wrapped and sealed with red wax properly and separated in two circumstances: the original group in addition to a copy of the technical tender suggestion package in one circumstance (it should not be here a financial hint), the original group in addition to the set of copies of the commercial show package in another circumstance.

2.12. The proposal shows the address and the tender number clearly and is presented in a package sealed before 12:00 pm (the local time of Port Sudan) on (Tuesday) (19/June) 2025 at the following address:
